We offer recurring and one-time cleanings. Commercial clients have no weekly or monthly commitments.

Turnovers start at $150 for rentals up to 1,100 sq. ft. Linens can be handled with our GuestReady Linens program or wash & fold, and supplies with GuestReady Consumables. Our Airbnb calculator shows your price per turnover.

Office cleaning starts at $99 per visit for spaces up to 2,000 sq. ft. on a weekly schedule. Price depends on size and how often we come. There are no contracts and no minimum visits.

Yes. Move-in and move-out cleans booked through our website get 5% off, already included in the calculator price.

Pick up clothes, toys and clutter so we can reach the surfaces, put away valuables, and secure pets if they're nervous around visitors. That's it: we bring all the supplies and equipment.

It depends on the size and condition of the home and the type of clean. Recurring cleans are the quickest; deep cleans and move-outs take longer. We give you a time estimate with your quote.

Yes, we love pets. Just let us know about them before your first visit. Homes with excessive pet hair may have an added charge, which we confirm before the clean.

A standard (recurring) clean keeps every room fresh: dusting, kitchens, bathrooms, floors and trash. A deep clean adds detail work such as baseboards, ceiling fans and vents, interior windows, doors and frames, or inside the oven and fridge. Recurring clients get these tasks rotated across visits.

Most homes benefit from a deep clean at least once or twice a year, often in spring and before the holidays. If you have recurring service, deep-clean tasks are already rotated into your visits.

Tipping is never required. If you'd like to thank your team, it's always appreciated.

Yes. Pristine Cleaning Solutions is fully insured, so your home is protected while we work.

A full top-to-bottom clean of the empty home: inside and outside of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, appliance interiors (oven, fridge, microwave), baseboards, interior windows and tracks, doors and frames, bathrooms, and floors. Windows and blinds, excessive pet hair, wall washing and garages are priced separately.

A professional move-out clean covers the areas landlords check most: inside cabinets and appliances, bathrooms, baseboards and floors. We can't guarantee a landlord's decision, but we clean to move-in-ready standards.

Yes. With GuestReady Linens, Pristine buys and owns the linens for your rental: one set per bed and per bathroom. You pay a one-time buy-in, the first month is free, and then a monthly fee based on your beds and bathrooms covers laundry and replacing worn or stained pieces. The linens belong to Pristine, so there's nothing to buy back or return if you ever stop service. Add GuestReady Consumables and we restock your supplies too.

Only if you don't use GuestReady Linens. With wash & fold or cleaning only, keep at least 3 full sets of sheets and towels at the rental so every bed can be made on time. With GuestReady Linens, Pristine supplies and owns everything.
