No hidden fees. Move-in, move-out and vacant turnover cleans are priced by square footage and bathrooms, and you can see your price in our cleaning calculator. A few items are priced separately: windows and blinds, excessive pet hair, wall washing and garages. Inside cabinets are included in move-in and move-out cleans.
